We accept most major credit cards (not Amex ) Cheques are accepted but cards are preferred.    |
Booking: Full credit/debit card details are necessary to secure the reservation.
A non-refundable deposit of £25pp or 25% (whichever is the greater) will be taken on booking |
Check In: If you arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm a complimentary tea is offered in the lounge. Arrivals preferably before 6.00 pm but for later arrivals, please let us know expected time of arrival as soon as possible.
Rooms: The room will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 10:30am. Bags can be stored for those who need it.
Meals: We can offer dinner provided you check in or contact us by 6.00pm to let us know menu choices. Half board and full board packages include dinner/packed lunch and no reduction is given for non participation on any day. Prior notice of any special diets is appreciated and may be difficult to fulfil if we do not know.
Cancellations: North Walk House is a privately owned guest house and as such we try to treat genuine cancellations sympathetically. However in the unfortunate event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable. While every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, North Walk House reserves the right for a cancellation charge up 100% of the total booking. No reduction can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked. We recommend holiday insurance. |
